Kenneth Davis, Council-At-Large, is a lifelong resident of Steubenville.  Kenny was born on July 21, 1959.  He graduated from Steubenville Catholic Central in 1978.  Kenny also coached at Catholic Central for several years.  He is on the Safety and Health, Parks and Recreation, and Transportation Committees.  He has been married for 25 years to the former Penny Lopushansky.  They have three children, Kenny 25, Ryan 23, and Jennifer 22 all residing in Steubenville.  Kenny and Penny are the former owners of Convenient Food Mart on the corner of Sunset and Lovers Lane.  Kenny is now employed at Superior Beverage Company our of Glen Willow, Cleveland, Ohio.

Kenny was elected to a four-year term beginning January 1, 2012.
