Gregory Metcalf, 3rd Ward Councilman, is a graduate of Catholic Central High School in 1986 and Ohio University in 1990 with a degree in finance. He is a Registered Financial Planner (RFP) with Horizon Financial Group since 1999. Mr. Metcalf is a member of the Masonic Lodge #691 and the Valley of Steubenville Scottish Rite. He is a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church. Mr. Metcalf and his wife Beth are proud parents of three daughters, Molly, Madeline, and Maya. He is a volunteer coach for his children’s softball and soccer teams. Mr. Metcalf serves on the Finance, Safety, Building and Grounds, Economic Development, and Public Utilities Committees. He is also chairman of the Transportation and Pride Committees, and is the council representative to the BHJ Planning Commission.
