The Utility Collection Office is responsible for the collection of all water, wastewater, and refuse bills from city customers. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for the payment of bills and they also offer automatic bill payment from checking or savings account. Customers may pay their bill at the office located at 115 South 3rd St. or at the following drop box locations:

Minimum Bill: $20.40 for 2000 gallons

City Wastewater Service Rates
Current Wastewater Rates: $8.27 per 1000 gallons
Minimum Bill: $16.54 for 2000 gallons

Curbside Pickup Rates:
Residential Service - $25.38 / month
Commercial Service - $42.30 / month
Dumpsters - Cost varies by size and disposal requirements. Call for details.
