The Utility Collection Office is responsible for the collection of all water, wastewater, and refuse bills from city customers. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for the payment of bills and they also offer automatic bill payment from checking or savings account. Customers may pay their bill at the office located at 310 Market Street or at the following drop box locations:

Residential Service - $24.03 / month
Commercial Service - $35.77 / month
